My name is Dorothy Maude and I created this blog in order to share my journey and my thoughts with the world, hoping that reading about my trials and tribulations might help others improve their situation.
I was raised in St. Helena, a remote island off the coast of Africa, so isolated, in fact, that technology has only recently become part of its culture.
In 1979, I moved to England with my lovely husband Robert, and after moving around for several years, we now reside in the lovely Hayling Island, where we are currently raising our two grandchildren, Oakley and MacKenzie.
